During the delivery we will help you to move the item into your house and take out the packing. If you found any damage part during the delivery, kindly please contact with us for the replacement. 3. Ipoh & Penang

For Klang Valley area we will arrange deliver in 7 days time (after full payment) For Outstation area we will arrange deliver in 14 days Time. (after full payment) Please inform us in advance if your apartment is within Lift. Kindly please PM us to confirm again the delivery area and delivery lead time before you place order

WARRANTY POLICIES

5 YEARS FRAME WARRANTY

All frames (materials that hold the structure of the lounge). This does not cover accidental damage from moving the lounge, improper use of the lounge and / or commercial application.

3 YEARS FILLING WARRANTY

Any sagging on cushion foam in the seat areas more than 2 inch. All foams, on pillow top design lounges, back / headrest armrest foams, webbing and filling loss of resilience in foams is normal part of these designs and not covered by warranty is considered normal use and is not a defect. Not allow “jumping” on them.

1 YEAR MECHANISM, ACCESSORIES, STITCHING

The mechanism warranty excluding batteries, transformers and handle for manual recliner.
