1) SALE ADVISOR

 

Job Summary:

As a Sales Advisor of PerabotKini, you will be the first point of contact for new and returning customers. You will be responsible for helping customers find furniture that suits their needs, budget and taste. You may also be required to negotiate prices within parameters set by the Company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Meet and exceed sales goals set by the Management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about furniture products.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture.
  • Maintain good relationships with all existing, new and potential customers to increase closing deal and returned customers rates.
  • Greet customers and offer assistance to customers’ queries regarding furniture products.
  • Address customers’ concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
  • Prepare quotation to customer.
  • Manage internal sales and work order to ensure that furniture is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide outstanding customer services before and after the sales.
  • Participate in sales events such as furniture fair.
  • Ensure showroom is well-maintained and presentable.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Right attitude of “Can Do” and “Love to Learn”
  • Computer literacy
  • Transport to travel (when required only)
  • 1-2 years experience of sales in furniture/ interior design. Excellent selling, communication and interpersonal & people skills. Do not have experience and skills at all? No worry, come and join us and let us train you up to be a successful Sales Advisor!

2) BRANCH MANAGER

 

Job Summary:

A Branch Manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively, and generate maximum profit. The Branch Manager is required to train and motivate sales team as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve sales goals set by the Management.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve, build and strengthen good rapport with customer & corporate clients.
  • Plan & make regular visits to existing & prospective customers.
  • Showcase ability to close/ finalize sales to meet individual targets and goals.
  • Manpower planning and involve in recruitment activities.
  • Participate in sales related events as and when required.
  • Possess excellent selling & communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide a quotation to customer base on estimating cost and setting.
  • Handle the customer complaints, investigate, analysis, follow up and resolve customer issue promptly.
  • Liaise with customer for any quality/technical related issues.
  • Lead and review sales team sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide necessary monthly sales progress report to Area Manager.
  • Identify subordinate training needs.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing Manager to implement the company's policies.
  • Ensure proper documentation flows and filling system is well maintained.
  • Ensure the implementation of Total Management System in companywide.
  • Undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Manage/ control all the expenses based on the budget.
  • Well maintain on stock inventory, damage and defect issue.
  • Maintain showroom environment, cleanliness and tidiness.

Requirements:

  • Right attitude of “Can Do” and “Love to Learn”.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail, sales, marketing or related field of related products in furniture manufacturing
  • Presentable image, must possess initiative, commitment and drive.
  • Independent, resourceful and able to communicate at all levels of business.
  • Sales oriented, driven and independent; possess excellent presentation communication, strong operation, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Create and maintain positive working environment.
  • Able to travel as and when required (not frequent).
